He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Belinda Van Den Boomen; his brother, Michael Lewis; his four children, Judith Frye, Tracy Gillespie, Jodi Lewis, and Frederick Thomas Lewis II; and his four cherished grandchildren, Easton Frye, Felicity Frye, Noah Gillespie, and Samson Gillespie. A loving and devoted father, Frederick found immeasurable joy in his children and grandchildren. The love he shared with them will remain a lasting presence in their lives.
Frederick spent his life helping others and dedicated years to medical research and drug development. His work reflected a deep commitment to improving lives, extending his care for others beyond his own family.
An avid reader and history enthusiast, Frederick had a particular passion for books about World War II. He loved traveling and welcomed opportunities to discover new places and deepen his understanding of the world.
Above all, Frederick treasured his family. His legacy lives on in his children and grandchildren, in the memories they hold close, and in the kindness and love he shared throughout his life.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love.
