It was very sad to learn of Ashton's passing.   He was a lovely person with a sweet and positive attitude.   I'm sorry to miss seeing him in International Class.  What a nice man.  He'll be missed by many people.

It is with deepest sorrow to hear of Ashton's passing.  He was a Godly man who had many friends who  loved him dearly. He will be missed.

I leave this message for my incredible and loving Violette family.  We have lost our leader of our family,   Ashton E. Violette, my uncle. He was a very wise and educated man with a true heart of gold.  Honest with integrity and morals, he had a pleasant whit about him.  He always knew what to say and gave very good advice.  Ashton dearly loved his large family and we all loved him.  May he live long in the hearts of the current and future generations of Violette's and their extended families.  I , as well as the entire family of Violette's and friends, will miss him terribly.

Ashton was a friend to many people. I played golf with Ashton for many years at the Salisbury Country Club. He was a real gentleman in every sense of the word. In the past few years we communicated regarding the status of my wife's health, since he had lost his wife under similar circumstances. When my wife passed in July, 2021, Aston was one of the first to call me to express his condolences. I follow-up with him on several occasions to get his advice on how to deal with my loss. I will miss him and his counsel greatly!

We have lost one of the really good guys. Ashton was a very dear friend and work coordinate for many years. He was always friendly, but could also be good for a gig or two. I will miss him deeply.
