Barry Ricardo Hall

Barry Ricardo (Ricky) Hall passed away after a valiant battle with Multiple Myeloma on March 10, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on May 8, 1957, in Wilmington, Delaware and chose to make Henrico, Virginia his home.

Barry is survived by his mother (Zenovia), sister (Shanon), nephew (Anthony), and extended family. He was predeceased by his brothers, (Michael and Andre), father (William Hall), and his stepfather (Sheppard).

He was known for his passion and natural gift for making music, of all genres, on a variety of instruments. Those who were fortunate enough to share space with him on a more personal level were gifted with wisdom, loyalty, encouragement, love, and his quick sense of humor. He cherished his friends and honored the humanity in each of us.

His presence is dearly missed. Words cannot express the void left in the lives of those who loved and were loved by him. We grieve the loss of his presence in our lives while rejoicing in the knowledge that he is at peace.
