Carla Ann Mann, age 70, passed on January 29, 2025. She was born to the late Mario and Peggy Chioccal. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Timmy Chiocca. Those left to cherish her memory are her sister, Sharon Sweeney; and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews. Carla taught her nephews how to fish, play cards, and have fun! She was a longtime and active member of her church, St. Benedict Catholic Church in Richmond, VA. Rest easy, you fought a hard battle.
