David Bryan Felton, 76, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Durwood and Dorothy Felton, and his brother, Durwood Felton III. David is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Deborah Felton; his daughter, Rebecca Wade; and his treasured granddaughters, Natalie and Emma Grace. He is also survived by his siblings Walter Felton (Sally) and Harriette Barnhill (Robbie), along with many extended family members and friends.
David spent 25 years in sales with Pet Dairy before founding a successful office supply business with Debbie. His warmth, integrity, and generosity earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and customers alike throughout the business community.
A man of deep faith, David was a devoted member of several churches throughout his life—Grace Baptist, Bon Air Baptist, Passion Community, and most recently Redeemer Lutheran Church. He faithfully served as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher, always eager to share his love for God and others.
David had a kind, outgoing spirit that made everyone feel like a friend. He lived a life rooted in faith, love, and service—leaving a legacy of compassion and kindness that will never be forgotten.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 9400 Redbridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23236.
A memorial service will follow on Saturday, May 3, at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in David’s honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
