Gail Williams

Gail Williams, 74, of Sutherland, passed away at home surrounded by family on March 3, 2025. She was born on November 23, 1950 in Petersburg, VA to James and Virginia Anthony. Gail was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was the owner of Tony's Business Service for 40 years. Gail enjoyed family beach trips, shopping, cooking for her family, and spending time on the family farm. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, always offering love and support to those who needed it most. Her generosity truly knew no bounds. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jimmy Williams; son, Brian Williams; daughter- in law, Mistie; grandson, Hunter of Ford; daughter, Jayme Collings; son-in-law, Wes; granddaughter, Vivian of Mechanicsville; and many cherished relatives and friends. A special thank you extended to niece, Tammy Cerny of Prince George; sister-in-law, Tammy Williams of Glen Allen; close friend, Vicki Davis of Chesterfield; Amedisys of Blackstone; and Mrs. Julia Dennis of Petersburg. Per her wishes, there will be no formal service, the family will honor her memory privately.
